About the Group

Built in Ghana. Operating nationally. Open to the world.

One Ghanaian company, six operating divisions, and a simple record: what we start, we finish.

Our story

Founded on delivery, not promises

Philip Brown Group Limited was founded on a conviction its principals had tested for years in the Ashanti Region: that Ghanaian businesses can be run to the same standard as any international operator, and that the companies which prove it will be the ones the world partners with.

The Group brought together commercial interests built over years — gold concessions at Bekwai and 15 other areas, retail fuel, technology, property, farming and trade — into one governed company with named, accountable management and formal contracting throughout.

Today the Group serves customers across six divisions and welcomes investors, joint-venture partners and clients who want a Ghanaian operator with assets on the ground and a record of finishing what it starts. Our ambition is straightforward: to be the company international capital chooses first when it enters Ghana.

“We are not yet a household name. We are already a company that delivers — and the two rarely stay apart for long.”
